By accessing and using SlabWise (slabwise.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the website.

2. Description of Service

SlabWise provides a free library of DXF templates for countertop fabrication, including sink cutout templates, cooktop cutout templates, edge profiles, CNC machine presets, and related resources. The service also includes a fabricator directory, manufacturer database, and shop management tools. Features vary by subscription tier.

3. Use of Templates

DXF templates provided by SlabWise are free to download and use for both personal and commercial fabrication purposes. You may download and use templates in your fabrication workflow, modify templates to fit your specific project requirements, and use templates for commercial countertop fabrication projects. You may not redistribute or resell templates as a standalone product, claim ownership of or remove attribution from SlabWise templates, or use automated tools to bulk-download the entire template library.

4. Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to provide accurate dimensions and specifications, SlabWise templates are provided “as is.” It is the fabricator's responsibility to verify all dimensions against the manufacturer's specification sheet before cutting. SlabWise is not liable for material damage or costs resulting from template inaccuracies. Always measure twice.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each user must have their own account. You may not share login credentials.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. Marketplace transactions incur a 3% fee per order. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Fabricator Directory

The fabricator directory is provided for informational purposes. SlabWise does not endorse, guarantee, or verify the quality of work performed by listed fabricators. Inclusion in the directory does not constitute a recommendation.

8. Intellectual Property

The SlabWise website, brand, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. DXF templates based on manufacturer specifications reference publicly available dimensional data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlabWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or templates, including but not limited to material damage, lost profits, or fabrication errors.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
