SlabWise ("we," "our," or "us") operates the website at slabwise.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services.

When you create an account or contact us, you may provide your name, email address, shop name, and message content. This information is used to operate your account and respond to inquiries.
Automatically Collected Information
When you visit SlabWise, we may automatically collect browser type and version, operating system, pages visited and time spent, referring website, and IP address (anonymized where possible). This helps us understand how our site is used and improve it.
3. SMS and Text Messaging
Providing your mobile phone number does not sign you up for text messages. SMS consent is a separate checkbox on the form, unchecked by default and not required to submit — we text you only if you check it. When you do, we record that you opted in, the date and time, and the exact wording you were shown, so we can demonstrate the consent was given. If you leave the box unchecked we record that too, and we do not text you. Texts we send relate to your request: quote follow-ups, appointment and demo reminders, and account updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to provide and maintain our DXF template library and platform, respond to inquiries and support requests, send transactional emails (invoices, notifications), analyze site usage to improve the user experience, and detect and prevent technical issues. We never sell your data to third parties.

SlabWise may use essential cookies to ensure the website functions properly. We may also use analytics cookies to understand site usage. You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences.
6. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for analytics and attribution, including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, PostHog, Stripe, and hosting providers such as Vercel. These services may collect information as described in their own privacy policies.
7. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on encrypted servers in the United States. DXF files, slab photos, and job data are stored in your organization's private workspace and are never shared with other users. We implement reasonable security measures to protect information transmitted to us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
8. Children's Privacy
SlabWise is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Your Rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from your account settings. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
