For Moraware shops
Switch from Moraware in one afternoon.
Your accounts, contacts, jobs, quote history and inventory come out of Systemize and CounterGo as CSV files. Drop them into SlabWise, review each row, confirm. A person loads your price list. Your crew quotes at your rates the next morning.
Five exports, one afternoon
Accounts, contacts, jobs, orders, and inventory come straight out of Moraware as CSV. You review every row before anything is written.
Your price list, loaded by a person
Print your CounterGo price list to PDF and send it to us. A person checks every rate and loads it within one business day.
Run both for a week
Keep Moraware open while your crew quotes in SlabWise. Cancel when the week is clean. Export first, cancel last: Moraware deletes data 30 days after you leave.
What to export from Moraware, screen by screen
Moraware exports whatever columns a view shows, so add the fields listed before you press Export. Choose “All Pages”.
- 1
Accounts → Customers
Systemize → Accounts view → Options → Display Fields (add Address, Phone, Email, Salesperson) → Export → All Pages
- 2
Contacts → Customer contacts
Systemize → Contacts view → Export, or CounterGo → Settings → Account → Contacts → Export
- 3
Jobs → Jobs with status and dates
Systemize → a Job view → Options → Display Fields (add Job Name, Account, Job Address, Phase, Salesperson, Template / Fab / Install dates) → Export → All Pages
- 4
Orders and quotes → Quotes with totals
CounterGo → Orders (and Quotes) → Customize → Display Fields (add Quote #, Customer, Total Price, Paid, Square Feet, Material) → Export
Moraware exports quote headers only. Line items and drawings never leave CounterGo; the totals and customer do.
- 5
Inventory → Slabs
Inventory → Serial Number Details view → Export
Coming next in the importer; send it with your other files and we load it for you.
- 6
Price list → Your rates on every quote
CounterGo → Price List → Print → save as PDF (there is no CSV export)
Send the PDF with "Send us your price list" and a person loads it within one business day.
What does not come across from Moraware
- Quote line items and drawings (CounterGo keeps them; totals come over)
- Job photos and attachments (no bulk download; the API can fetch them on request)
- Change history and activity logs beyond what an Activity report shows
Moraware deletes your data 30 days after you cancel. Export first, cancel last.
What you get on day one
- Every account and contact, with phone, email and address
- Every job with its status, address, salesperson and dates
- Quote history with totals, so nothing is re-typed for a repeat customer
- Slab inventory by serial number, size and cost
- Your price list on every new quote, checked by a person
- AI nesting, DXF verification, and the customer signing portal, included
Prefer not to touch the files? Export them and email the lot to team@slabwise.com after you start your trial. We import them and send you the review link.
Questions Moraware shops ask
- Do my quote drawings come across?
- No. Moraware exports quote headers (customer, totals, square feet, material) but keeps line items and drawings inside CounterGo. Your quote history and totals import; new quotes are drawn in SlabWise.
- What about job photos and files?
- Moraware has no bulk download for attachments. If you need them, the Systemize API can fetch job files on request; ask us during your setup call.
- How long does the import take?
- Exporting the five views takes about twenty minutes. The importer reads each file in seconds, shows you every row, and writes nothing until you confirm. Most shops are done in an afternoon.
- Is there a contract?
- No. Plans are month to month, and every plan starts with a 14-day trial for $1.
